Leila Sykes - Founder

Before founding Harridan, Leila spent six years as a Producer at Glass Half Full Productions, working across the West End, Broadway and international touring .

A graduate of The Drama Centre London, recipient of a Stage One Bursary, she scaled the non-profit Anonymous Is A Woman, bringing unheard female voices to rural communities. She has always been drawn to stories: how they're shaped, how they're shared and whose voices are given space to tell them.

That interest in how people find and use their voice eventually led to her helping women in business apply the tools of theatre - creativity, communication, presence and collaboration - to navigate an increasingly complex world. www.leilasykes.com
